Philip Donnison has been delivering leadership programmes to managers since 1984. The effectiveness of these programmes has always been underpinned by the active involvement of the managers. He now works with individuals and small groups of managers to help them to learn from experience.
He is also a visiting lecturer at Manchester Business School, where he delivers a course on Psychology for Managers, a course that was reviewed by The Times in 2005, and at Edinburgh University.
